 Vera is a PHD in International Relations, 1991. She became certified as a Heal Your Life Teacher in 1999. In addition to the Love Yourself courses, she provides courses on self esteem, prosperity, Inner Child, Relationships, Emotional Education. Certified as a practitioner of Psichologic Astrology, she teaches Experiential Astrology. Vera has led hundreds of workshops and seminars all over Portugal related to emotional-spiritual work and also worked very successfully with thousands of people as her clients, for more than ten years. She has participated in several national TV shows as an expert on self esteem, Inner child/emotional issues and as published several books: on the Inner Child, The Power of Love, The Book of Self esteem, The Book of Forgiveness, a set of cards on the theme Self Love, and a CD with Meditations for the Inner Power. She also wrote the script and hosted her first Personal Development DVD: The Secret beyond the Secret”. She designed a two year Course: “The Godesses in Every Women” based on the archetypes of the Divine Feminine. She also organizes workshops and presentations with national and international speakers/authors. She believes we are spiritual beings having a human experience in the path to eternity. So, we`de better walk with the joy  of an open heart, embracing the wisdom and grace of our soul!
