From a very
early age I knew that my life's purpose was to help people to see and
believe in their own potential. With an extensive history of
working in counselling and social welfare services, I have a
wealth of experience in helping people come through some of the
most challenging aspects of life. I was first
drawn to Louise Hay's book, You
Can Heal Your Life, when I was 18 years old. The philosophy
resonated with me then, and went on to become a part of my life,
helping me through my own personal times of challenge and growth.
I believe strongly in the connection of the mind, body and
spirit, and welcomed the opportunity to become a Heal Your Life
workshop leader in 2007. Being a HYL Teacher is rewarding
beyond words. To be able to share this work with people who
are ready to transform their own lives is exciting and a personal
honour for me. Since 2007 I
