I believe each person has the ability to transform their lives and reveal their unique gifts and talents.  I am passionate about the creative and healing arts and feel deeply committed to empowering people to live more fully and express their joy and self-confidence. 

Over the years, I have explored different avenues of personal and spiritual development and have been blessed to meet along the way spiritual teachers of exceptional quality.  I’ve learnt (sometimes the hard way) about the illusion of suffering and how love is all there is.

A native French speaker, I originally studied in Paris to be a vet but left before the end when I realised that what I really cared about was the wellbeing of people.  I subsequently qualified several alternative healing modalities.  Always keen to explore new avenues, I studied for a Masters degree in business and landed a job in economic development and innovation in the South Coast of England – that is until I started to use affirmations such as ‘I am deeply fulfilled by all that I do’!

I had a very old copy of Louise Hay’s book sitting on the shelf for many years.  Now and then I would open it to read about the meaning of such and such body symptoms.  But when 18 months ago, my close friend was diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumour, I went back to reading Louise’s books, practicing, deepening and eventually doing the HYL teacher training course and coaching.

 ‘Every ending is a new beginning’ says Louise Hay.  Within a few months I had lost my friend, my job and moved home.  And I started Creative Step!  a joyful business adventure which I believe, provides a safe platform for unlocking our creativity, creating a passionate life and achieving our dreams.
