I
have been in the health and wellness industry for over 20 years, as a
nurse and massage therapist. My
passion is health and wellness of the body, mind and spirit. I was
first introduced to the work of Louise Hay when my mother was
diagnosed with cancer. We were searching for ways to help her overcome
cancer. What I found was a book called “You Can Heal Your Life”,
and it did that for me and my mother with our relationship. I am so
very thankful that I found this book at a time in my life that was the
most difficult. It is where my spiritual healing took place. It is
where I found me. I was able to heal my relationship with my mother
before her death. I found courage and strength to leave an 18 year
marriage. I found my biological father and started a relationship with
my half sisters. I continued my studies in the philosophies of Louise
Hay and became a Certified Heal Your Life teacher and workshop leader
through Heart Inspired presentations. I then decided to expand and
attended the advanced training and also the coach training, all while
continuing to work on myself as I gained the knowledge and skills to
help others with this work. My
mission is my dedication to helping you heal your life and achieve
