My
specialty is self-esteem. I provide the opportunity for people to
experience who they 'really are' by recognising their unique, amazing
personal qualities through reflective enlightening experiences. I work
with individuals and run transformational workshops, with
the overall intention of helping people to love and accept themselves
- just the way they are! I
am qualified in a number of complementary therapies, and learned so
much about myself whilst attending these trainings. However, I had
always felt there was something missing. That was until I discovered
the work of Louise Hay. When I read the ‘You Can Heal Your Life’
book everything started to make sense. It was like I had found the
‘missing link.’ I
attended a ‘Heal Your Life, Achieve Your Dreams’ Workshop myself,
which was even more wonderful than I had imagined. I loved the fact
that I had given myself the opportunity to take some ‘time out’
from my usual routine, which enabled me to reflect, release and re-programme.
Through
a wide variety of amazing exercises I experienced real
clarity in relation to identifying limiting beliefs, and using
affirmations and creative visualisations to change those old beliefs. Negative
emotions were released, and the overall outcome was to totally love
and accept myself - just the way I am! My vibration was so high at the end of it! As
I continued with my own personal development, I began to identify
insights of my true values, purpose and vision. I made the transition
from 'just existing' to 'really living.' I had developed an
unstoppable passion to work with others and encourage them to embark
on a similar journey of self discovery. Then
I discovered it was possible to train as a Teacher of the ‘Heal Your
Life’ Workshops and I nearly exploded with excitement. It’s the
‘stuff’ that my dreams are made of! I
