I came upon Louise Hay's book, You Can Heal Your Life, in 1995, when I was at the lowest point in my life. I believed I was a good person, and believed that good people are rewarded, but could not understand why my life was so topsy-turvy, and such a struggle. Louise's book was like the sun shining through the clouds! I couldn't believe the things I was reading, and how I was sabotaging my own life...and since I desperately wanted to change things around, I set to work and did all the exercises, going through the book from cover to cover. As I started changing slowly, so did my life! I healed enough to embark upon the most important journey of my life - throwing myself into courses, trainings, certifications, and became impassioned by the realm of Metaphysics. 
 
After becoming a qualified Psychosynthesis Practitioner (and thus, a holistic psychotherapist), a Reiki Master, and learning several energy healing modalities, I started supporting clients to help them make positive, life-impacting changes. Gradually, I started noticing that people are desperate to improve their lives but most don't know where to begin. Soon after this realization, I learnt of Patricia Crane and Rick Nichols ' Heal Your Life® Teacher and Workshop Leader Training, based on Louise Hay's philosophy, and I remembered where I had begun my own journey, way back in 1995. There was no doubt in my mind that I needed to take this training to be amongst those who are helping carry forth the venerable lady's torch, to places where her light is needed!
