I was always a shy,
self conscious woman with a mindset that believed I was not
good enough and for that reason never thought I could amount to
anything much, on my own. My
confidence was lacking – From the outside,
no one would have known what was going on internally for me as I
always looked happy enough – and why not? I had a great family, and
great life. However, the
real me was rife with limits about who I was and who I could
become.
That was until I discovered the Louise Hay philosophies of life.
These philosophies guided me to becoming aware of what my
deeper beliefs about myself were.
This awareness then
led me to an understanding that through changing my thinking, I could
become a powerful creator
of my life. No longer do I
need to look to others to validate who I am.
I am now a confident, self assured woman and I am being
‘real’. When you
learn ‘how’, you can create your life just as you dream,
only the dream becomes a reality.
My mission now is to spread the teachings and messages of Louise Hay
so that others can enjoy and experience breakthroughs and transformation
in their lives just as I have. Louise
Hay provides such simple yet powerful philosophies that create huge
shifts towards living a peaceful,
purposeful life.
And the only word I can come up with to describe that state is WOW!
Kati is also a certified Life Coach (having trained with one of the
world’s largest coaching institutes - The Coaching Institute) and is
a certified NLP Practitioner.
