In the 1990’s my life was less than desirable.  I lost my husband to cancer and shortly thereafter, three other significant family members died.  Because my immune system was low, breast cancer developed.  I started my journey to alternative health remedies and after strengthening the physical body, I knew the inner self needed attention.  I attended the Heal Your Life Workshop Leader Training based on the philosophy of Louise Hay and now lead workshops.   My body and inner-self health has surpassed my hopes and dreams.  Louise’s work has helped me know who I am and the reasons I’m here.

I’m also a licensed, certified Life Coach using Louise Hay’s philosophy.  I help clients achieve their health goals and maintain wellness through individual consultation, group presentations and classes.  By addressing the whole person (the mental, physical, emotional, social and spiritual dimensions of his or her being) it allows the self regenerative and self-reparatory process of natural healing to occur.

I also do energy work for individuals and animals to release trapped emotions that are causing symptoms in the body and spirit.
