Just a little about
myself…...
I’m a
Registered Nurse who has been nursing for 15 years; the last 10 have
been in Paediatric Intensive Care. I feel greatly honoured and
privileged to be able to care for children and their parents, often
during their most vulnerable moments.
I am honestly grateful and proud of all the wonderful moments in my
life so far, but like everyone else I have had times in my life where
I’ve been “stuck”. Such
times, although negative in perspective have led me to do a lot of
positive soul searching. During a particularly difficult and sad
moment in my life, I came across a book that I connected with – You
Can Heal Your Life.
You
Can Heal Your Life
was simple to read and made so much sense – it was as if Louise was
talking straight to me. The
book inspired me to use affirmations.
I began to jot them down on little pieces of paper and placed
them throughout my house – on my water jug, on the fridge, on the
bathroom mirror...they were my pals during those difficult times and I
continue to use them now.
Louise’s philosophies also catapulted me into exploring myself more
deeply and allowed me to find happiness and joy in being me and with
time and practice the courage to live my dream in creating The Nurture
House. It is a space for people to come where I can share Reiki,
Crystal Light Healing, my story, discoveries and tools that I’ve
have learnt along the way with the intent of nurturing others to help
themselves on their own journey.
My
original intention for attending the Heal Your Life workshop leader
course was not to be a workshop leader at all, but to reconnect with
and learn more about Louise’s philosophies, to improve my own skills
so I could help my clients in a more effective manner. But once I
experienced the workshop and realized how HEALING, EMPOWERING and
LIFE
CHANGING it was, I knew
I had to share it with others…so here I am.
I look forward to sharing an amazing experience with you that can
change your life and allow you to achieve your dreams.
