I
have been interested in health and wellness since I was young, first
as a dental hygienist, then as a massage therapist.
I decided there was more to being healthy than just strong
teeth and strong bodies, and started looking for other modalities
which would effectively bring health to the whole person, on as many
levels as possible. As a
result, in 1995 I was led to a company whose goal is to become the
world leader in health and wellness. While their products helped with
the body’s physical needs, I still felt there had to be more.
And so I continued my studies in the mind/body connection and
healing, earning several certifications, and finally attending the
Heal Your Life® Workshop Leader training in 2008
My goals are to empower you to live in the “NOW”, which is
present time consciousness, and to teach you to love yourself
unconditionally. I believe
that the most important thing I learned from the teachings of Louise L
Hay is that healing begins with love, and that self-love is the most
important love of all. I
teach this with all the modalities at my disposal, depending on what
the person needs at that particular time and place.
I give homework which includes many of the affirmations given
by Louise Hay in her book, You Can Heal Your Life. I
have seen miracles occur in many of the people and pets that have come
to me and know those who come to me have made a very important first
step in their way back to a balanced, natural, and blessed way of
life.
