After
many difficulties in my life, eight years ago I began my own healing
journey when I learned an energy healing technique. At that time, I
was given a copy of Louise L Hays book, You
Can Heal Your Life. Although 30 years of working in operating
rooms made it difficult for me to accept these concepts at first, I
began to incorporate them into my own life and eventually into my
work. I soon began to see changes both in myself and in my life. My
self confidence began to grow; I became happier and began to enjoy
life. I began to affirm I could train to do this work more effectively
and discovered the Heal Your LifeŽ Teachers training programme which
I attended in 2007. Since then I have not looked back, and life has
become so much more joyous. Along with my colleague Tonia, we began to
present Heal Your LifeŽ, Achieve Your Dreams workshops in the
