My journey of service is to assist people
to realise their full potential through putting back together the
frequently fractured mind-body-spirit unit.
The stage is set in early childhood.
As adults, most people recognize the hurt they are still
carrying around but are lost as to how to heal it. One of the best approaches I know is
through the gentle coaxings of Louise L. Hay. Louise is now an icon
but her message remains startlingly simple – it begins with loving
yourself – enough. I
deliver two-day Heal Your Life workshops based on her philosophy which
encourage participants to find their inner source.
Other topics for mini-workshops – all rooted on the Hay
philosophy - include coping with anger, forgiveness, releasing fear,
healing the inner child, Life Scripts and body wisdom.
For more I trained with Patricia Crane in 1995 to
become a certified workshop leader and since that time I have been
privileged to assist both herself and I look forward to meeting you and learning
