My mission in life is to commit to
loving myself unconditionally and to heal my mind, my heart, and my
body so that I can give others love. God gave me small eyes for a
great reason so that I can see with my heart. One great practice
I’ve learnt in life is to smile even as tears of disappointment are
falling. Life really is too short, too precious to be sad. To be happy
no matter what happens is my gift to this magical world. Because my childhood was quite difficult and lacking in
affection and attention, as an adult I became dependent on others to
like me, approve of me, accept me, make me happy and love me. That is
- until I read The Power
is Within You by Louise Hay! Complete acceptance of my self as I am
took a few years. However, practising Louise Hay’s philosophy daily
turned my wounds into wisdom, and instead of holding onto resentments
I really learned from them. Now, whenever I remember any of the past
hurt, I use my affirmations and meditation to heal the pain and to
encourage myself to let go. I remind myself that I don’t have to
continue to be the victim, to stop judging myself, and that there is
no point in focusing on the self-pity, and to be accountable for my
own happiness. I noticed the difference in my body when I stopped
blaming others for my sadness. Self-love and positive thinking
naturally repair all injuries. Living a life without blame or guilt is
truly freedom. To forgive others and myself is to have real compassion
for myself. I stopped looking for proof and validation through others.
It is unnecessary to look outside of myself to discover who I am or to
find someone to love me. I have been giving or recommending books and CD of
Louise Hay to many of my friends and clients. I was a popular
women’s hairdresser in Testimonials That was the most intriguing, powerful session I have experienced in such
a short space of time. I thank you for sharing your knowledge and I am
so excited to put it to work & begin to strengthen my senses &
manifest my dreams. You are an inspiration and I will never forget
